- Based on internal and external customer needs, describes, prioritizes, and communicates requirements, ensuring recommended change is aligned to product roadmaps. May manage and execute long term road maps to drive the overall vision and execution of products.
- Actively manages product development and provides regular updates to all stakeholders. Frequently touches base with development teams and the business for sprint reviews.
- Applies design thinking techniques (e.g., user stories, wireframing, prototyping) in order to define product features.
- Uses team scrum/agile development techniques and tools for team collaboration, product testing, issue tracking and backlog management.
- Assists in developing business cases for product enhancements, establishment of the Minimum Viable product, Minimum Marketable Features, and product improvements.
- Identifies and highlights risks and issues, articulating the impact of these on the product delivery.
- Responsible for ordering backlog, clearly expressing the product backlog items, ordering the items to best achieve goals and optimize the value of the work the team performs.
- Focuses on client needs.
- Advocates for a consistent, streamlined experience across channels.
- Has a natural curiosity that supports creative problem solving.
- Meets deadlines prior to due date with no follow up needed.
- Can balance the complexity of details while simultaneously leading multiple efforts.
- Can anticipate communication/change management needs and build/execute a plan accordingly.
- Can identify problems and aligned solutions.
- Typically requires 4 years of relevant experience or a combination of related experience, education and training.

The Product Owner role within Enterprise Data Solutions serves as a voice to connect the expectations of business stakeholders across the organization to the Data and Engineering agile release train.
The Product Owner will utilize strong business knowledge to make decisions about analytics features and capabilities, and to clarify and prioritize them for the product development team based on business needs. Under the direction of the Product Manager, the product owner understands the vision of analytic needs from the point of view of stakeholders and translates this vision to the Data Engineering team. The work done by the Product Owner is critical towards the achievement of project results to support strategic analytics efforts.
Additionally, you'll:
• Work with Program Management to plan agile releases and sprints.
• Define user stories and prioritize backlogged features.
• Ensure the conceptual and technical integrity of features are maintained.
• Serve as a liaison between technical and non-technical departments to determine scope and identify requirements.
• Support communication and change management needs aligned to new features and product enhancements.
• Effectively manage expectations, scope, and schedule to ensure program targets are met.This position allows full-time remote work.

Salary target: $74,40 - $102,300 + annual incentive bonus. The salary target represents the expected salary range of candidates hired. Factors used to determine your actual salary include your specific skills, qualifications and experience.
