      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead product ownership of AI & Virtual Agents across digital platforms
      - Define strategy and roadmap for Intelligent Virtual Assistant (IVA) products
      - Oversee an Agile squad through ideation, design, delivery, and continuous improvement
      - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align plans with portfolio strategy
      - Manage daily Digital Operations and resolve issues impacting service delivery

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field
      - Minimum of 3 years of product management experience, preferably with AI or virtual assistant technologies
      - Strong knowledge of natural language processing (NLP) and AI-driven chatbots
      - Proven track record managing successful product lifecycles in Agile environments
      - Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - MBA or advanced degree
      - Experience with data-driven decision-making and A/B testing
      - Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and product analytics platforms
      - Experience in conversational commerce
