What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee the integration of third-party financial services while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards
- Build and maintain the product backlog, prioritizing items to achieve Objectives and Key Results (OKRs)
- Lead Agile practices including sprints, planning, and retrospectives with the product team
- Define functional and non-functional product requirements, ensuring completeness and consistency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support go-to-market strategies and deliver Minimum Viable Products (MVP)
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, Mathematics, Economics, Statistics, or related field
- 4+ years of Product Management or Engineering experience in Financial Services or Tech Industry
- Alternatively, 6+ years of Product Management or Engineering experience in Financial Services or Tech Industry in lieu of a degree
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in written form
- Experience with Agile methodologies and product lifecycle management

- Familiarity with regulatory compliance and risk management within financial services
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing vendor partnerships
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Previous experience in a digital banking or fintech environment
