      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Build and prioritize the product backlog to achieve Objectives and Key Results (OKRs)
      - Ensure product features align with regulatory, compliance, and risk management standards
      - Lead Agile practices, including sprints, planning, and retrospectives
      - Define product requirements and execute testing frameworks for product features
      - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support go-to-market strategies

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, Mathematics, Economics, Statistics, or a related field
      - 4+ years of experience in Product Management or Engineering in Financial Services or Tech Industry
      - In lieu of a degree, 6+ years of relevant experience in Product Management or Engineering
      - Strong understanding of monetary transactions processing
      - Ability to translate complex technical details into high-level summaries for stakeholders

      - Experience in working with vendors and cross-functional partners in product management
