What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage the release process for a digital project
- Collect and incorporate customer feedback into platform capabilities and roadmap priorities
- Work with cross-functional team to create and validate User Interface designs and wireframes
- Translate customer needs into a backlog of user stories for software engineers
- Run QA process to sign-off new features, bugs, and data security development

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree
- Familiarity with Software Development Life Cycle
- Familiarity with software used for project management
- Excellent time management skills
- 2+ years of experience in software Product/Business Analyst role

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience communicating with external clients
- Experience with Microsoft Teams & Planner
- Experience with JIRA
- Familiarity with Governance, Risk, and Compliance processes and standards(NIST, ISO 270001)
