      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Build and maintain the product backlog, prioritizing items to achieve Objectives and Key Results (OKRs)
      - Ensure product features align with regulatory, compliance, and risk management standards
      - Lead Agile practices including sprints, planning, execution, and retrospectives
      - Define and validate functional and non-functional product requirements and acceptance criteria
      - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support go-to-market strategies

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration & Management, Finance, Mathematics, Economics, Statistics, or related field
      - 4+ years of experience in Product Management or Engineering in Financial Services or Tech Industry
      - Alternatively, 6+ years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
      - Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in written form
      - Experience with office equipment such as computers and printers

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Agile Certification as a Certified Scrum Master or Scrum Product Owner
      - Lean Certification (Green/Black Belt)
      - Experience in Process Mapping & Management
