What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Build and maintain the product backlog, prioritizing items to achieve Objectives and Key Results (OKRs)
- Ensure product features align with regulatory, compliance, and risk management standards
- Lead Agile practices, including sprints, planning, execution, and retrospectives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support go-to-market strategies
- Manage project scope, deliverables, and timelines through effective communication

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, Mathematics, Economics, or Statistics
- Minimum of 4 years of Product Management or Engineering experience in Financial Services or Tech Industry, or related field
- In lieu of a degree, at least 6 years of relevant experience is required
- Ability to operate office equipment such as computers and telephones
- Proven ability to work in a collaborative environment

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Agile Certification, such as Certified Scrum Master or Scrum
- Experience with product development and delivering Minimum Viable Products (MVP)
