What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the voice of the customer to convey expectations for new and existing products
- Manage and develop the product backlog, including Features and Epics
- Conduct backlog grooming meetings and work with the scrum team to decompose features into user stories
- Monitor product development progress and plan for product releases
- Analyze customer feedback to enhance product features and overall value

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 6 years of experience in product ownership/management
- BA or BS degree; 5 years of additional relevant experience may substitute for education
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies, Human Center Design, DevSecOps, and Risk Management
- Experience with Identity Management and Access Management
- Understanding and experience using SAFe framework

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working with Veterans Affairs is preferred
