What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design and execute red-teaming evaluations to identify political and ideological biases in AI systems
- Collaborate with partners to prioritize high-risk areas related to elections and politically sensitive events
- Conduct rapid-response evaluations during emerging events and synthesize findings for model development
- Communicate insights clearly to stakeholders across Policy, Product, Trust, and Research teams
- Monitor and analyze political and policy landscapes both domestically and globally

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in technology and public policy/governance issues
- Strong understanding of the political and policy environment in the United States
- Interest in Generative AI products and technology
- Excellent written communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Working proficiency in additional languages, such as Spanish, Hindi, or Arabic
- Experience in red-teaming or adversarially testing technology products
- Previous experience in Big Tech environments
- Strong stakeholder management skills across complex organizations
- Familiarity with issues requiring discretion and strong communication skills
