Lead a team of Product QA manually testing against UI requirements plus integrations with other applications, the overall user experience and cloud data and integrations through our UI
Manage team workload, project resourcing & coordination in a fast-paced, highly distributed environment
Support wellbeing of team members - providing support & guidance focused primarily on resourcing, progress, and soft skills
Gather feedback from others and provide coaching as needed to advance team member skill sets
Build a team - leading and coordinating recruitment process from initial contact to offer through to onboarding
Maintain visibility into the product roadmap and share that information back to other managers and team members
Participate in team activities, such as roadmap planning, to prioritize projects on the roadmap based on availability of humans to do the work and business objectives that need to be met
Partner with peers in design, engineering, and product management to prioritize, track, triage, and organize roadmap priorities for the team
Represent Product QA in the broader organization of CrowdStrike.
Develop knowledge of all CrowdStrike features and services in order to drive consistency and cohesive products and testing solutions
Strong leadership skills working with designers, PM/Eng partners, and other managers
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Hands on web application testing skills
Flexible context-switcher tracking and managing people and resourcing for multiple projects
Outstanding collaboration skills in a fast-paced, highly distributed environment.
Experience in end-to-end user experience processes and workflows
Being an advocate for UX consistency, accessibility and empathy for the end user
Experience mentoring & supporting people and teams with empathy & professionalism
2-3 years of experience in management
Experience writing and executing test plans
Experience documenting technical requirements
Knowledge of classes and testing methodologies
Attention to detail and organization
Comfort working with diverse stakeholders
Courage to champion the user perspective and quality
Pragmatism to prioritize issues over perfection
Experience with Jira and XRay
Experience in remote-first environments and global teams
Experience automating test execution
Experience in enterprise SaaS products
Knowledge of and experience in cybersecurity or productivity apps

About the Role:
As a Product QA Manager, you’ll be responsible for the workload management, wellbeing, and professional growth of the Product QA on your team. You’ll help foster an open and collaborative environment and support systems to help your team succeed.
You’ll collaborate closely with other managers and teams to optimize testing resources, balance work assignments across your team, coordinate cross-product group testing and to help grow the Product QA practice at CrowdStrike.
As a Product QA Manager, you and your team will be working closely with Designers, UI Engineers, and Product Managers in multiple product groups to ensure optimal manual testing and release of the highest quality products.
