What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Grow current customer accounts and target new prospects in the MEP Distributor and BPM sectors
- Communicate Trimble's unique value proposition to qualify and generate sales opportunities
- Close sales and exceed established sales targets
- Engage with the Supply Chain product marketing team and represent Trimble at industry events
- Manage the sales pipeline through proactive sales activities and territory planning
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of sales experience
- Experience selling products, software, or services to manufacturers or distributors in the construction supply chain
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding annual sales quotas
- Proficiency in Salesforce CRM and Google Suite products
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% of the time
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Specialization and prior experience in E-commerce, Product Information Management (PIM), and/or SaaS sales within the construction industry
- Exemplary presentation and communication skills across all organizational levels
- Excellent negotiating and closing skills with customers and internal resources
