      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop, coordinate, and conduct sales products and programs for CARQUEST Filters
      - Train personnel on using Weblink for procuring merchandise and product information
      - Create customer equipment and fleet surveys and conduct scheduled sales calls
      - Maintain accurate records and track training activities
      - Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product development on training materials and promotional events

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or GED, plus completion of a vocational technical program
      - 7-10 years of related experience and/or training in sales or product knowledge
      - Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of staff
      - Proven record of establishing strong relationships with field sales and operations
      - Ability to travel 90-100% of the time

      - Experience in developing innovative ideas that lead to improved productivity
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access) for training material development
      - Strong analytical skills to assess sales data and market intelligence
