What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Understand and demonstrate automobile features and capabilities to potential buyers
- Develop relationships with customers, maintaining rapport and suggesting trade-ins
- Qualify buyers by matching their requirements and interests to available models
- Close sales by addressing objections, negotiating prices, and completing contracts
- Provide follow-up support to ensure customer satisfaction and address any concerns
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or GED; or 1-3 months of related experience or training
- Valid Driver's License and proof of insurance; must have a clean driving record
- Must possess a valid California Sales License
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in the English language
- Ability to work extended hours, including evenings, holidays, and weekends

- Previous experience in automotive sales or customer service
- Knowledge of automobile depreciation and local, state, and federal laws related to the automotive industry
- Strong interpersonal skills with a positive attitude and aggressive sales approach
