What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Acquire and maintain a deep understanding of the product portfolio and its applications
- Build strong customer relationships while maintaining a user-centric approach
- Validate new product releases through testing, field trials, and user feedback
- Provide high-level support for complex issues and act as a liaison between support teams and product development
- Lead the development of comprehensive technical reference materials and manage field trials
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Prior experience with technology in the mining industry
- First-hand experience working with mining operations and customers
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong listening, communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Self-managed with the ability to work in fast-paced and changing environments
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Existing familiarity with Hexagon Safety solutions
- Bachelor or Advanced Diploma in Computer, Electrical, Mining, or relevant Engineering Discipline (experience will be considered in lieu of education)
- Experience in testing and validating technology products and developing corresponding training courses
- Experience working with global products and customers, especially in the mining industry
