What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage the product's feature roadmap and prioritize impactful capabilities
- Develop new features on CRM platforms like Salesforce to enhance user experience
- Translate requirements into well-documented product features through effective communication with teams and stakeholders
- Organize and maintain a fresh backlog of clearly defined features and stories through dynamic grooming sessions
- Document product features in JIRA with measurable acceptance criteria to ensure clarity and precision

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 1 year of product experience
- At least 1 year of experience demonstrating strong written and oral communication skills, project management, and presentation abilities
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in the SDLC process, focusing on scoping, planning, and writing user stories and acceptance criteria

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Expertise with CRM platforms, particularly Salesforce
- Experience in Film, Television, Media, Technology, or a related field
- At least 1 year of direct client engagement experience
- Familiarity with Agile methodology
- Experience using JIRA or similar systems to track feature requirements and development progress
