What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with the Product Director to identify and implement solutions for unmet customer needs in the drug monitoring/toxicology sub-segment
- Build partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to provide strategic counsel and support
- Manage life-cycle processes across sub-segments through effective cross-functional teamwork
- Conduct market research to evaluate trends and identify customer needs within the sub-segment
- Ensure the voice of the customer is integrated into product/solution development and market strategies
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree required; MBA preferred
- Understanding of the lab industry and healthcare landscape
- Proven ability to build strong customer relationships and deliver customer-centric solutions
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to create and deliver effective presentations
