      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Relay technical requirements between lane technicians, product specialists, supervisors, and system administrators
      - Perform real-time data analytics to identify issues and issue alerts to key personnel
      - Monitor email and phone communications to address reported issues with hardware and software
      - Document and escalate complex problems to supervisors or technical staff as needed
      - Provide remote support for Lane Technicians to ensure seamless system operations

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
      - Experience with at least one Help Desk System or equivalent help desk tracking software
      - Basic proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Teams
      - Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
      - Attention to detail in communications and monitoring production system requirements

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Post high school education in a technical or analytical field
      - Experience in a Help Desk or IT support role
      - Familiarity with data analytics tools and methodologies
      - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to identify trends in system performance
