What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with Help Desk System or equivalent tracking software
- Basic proficiency in MS Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Teams
- High school diploma or GED required; post-secondary education in a technical or analytical field preferred
- Attention to detail in communications and monitoring of production systems
