What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee the integrity of the Corrigo system, supporting the account team and ensuring proper usage and configuration
- Manage the JLL Corrigo work order process and associated data platform to enhance performance management and reporting
- Serve as the single point of contact for the account team regarding all CMMS systems-related inquiries and support
- Provide training for new users and advanced users on system features and functionalities
- Ensure compliance with governed processes, schedules, and data elements in the Corrigo system build

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum 5 years of experience managing CMMS/work order applications, performance management, and data analytics
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel, specifically in using formulas for data analysis
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple complex tasks from inception to completion
- Self-motivated with strong technical skills and attention to detail

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with JLL Corrigo Platform is highly preferred
- Background in the real estate industry and facility management operations
- College graduate (BS/BA) in information systems, computer science, or business administration is preferred but not required
- Customer service focus and exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
