      As a Bluehost Cloud Support Specialist, your efforts will positively impact small to medium sized businesses and Agencies ability to grow & thrive. As a WordPress guru, you will consult with and assist our customers by utilizing your creativity, WordPress Knowledge, and customer service skills.

      What you’ll do & how you’ll make your mark.

      • You will be our resident WordPress expert!
      • We take time to understand our customers goals and challenges, help with WordPress questions, make recommendations, and relay feedback to help improve our knowledge base articles and training material.
      • Work through voice, chat, and ticket channels to help Bluehost Cloud customers with their WordPress / Hosting needs.
      • Identify opportunities to develop new trainings, learning materials, and drive creation of VOCs to prioritize issue resolution for bugs and defects You will create a positive customer experience by walking Bluehost Cloud customers through plugins and themes.
      • Your success within the role, not only allows you to help small to medium sized businesses and Agencies achieve their goals but also contribute to making Bluehost one of the continued leaders within our industry.

      Who you are & what you’ll need to succeed.

      • Must have a customer first attitude and want to empower others to deliver an unmatched WordPress experience.
      • Knowledge in troubleshooting and resolving WordPress / Hosting issues.
      • You have a strong desire to teach WordPress and web-based technologies.
      • You enjoy interacting with customers over voice, chat and tickets.
      • You like to use critical thinking skills to diagnose and solve problems.

      The target compensation range for this position is $21-$25 per hour. Individual salaries are determined by various factors including, but not limited to: candidate’s qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience, as well as internal equity and market conditions.
