      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Respond to client issues, troubleshoot, and escalate to the engineering team when necessary
      - Facilitate communication between product, engineering, and customer success teams regarding live client issues
      - Act as a product and use case expert, providing training and support to new users and internal team members
      - Manage help articles and the knowledge base to optimize support documentation and processes
      - Collaborate with sales and customer success teams to align product offerings with customer requirements

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Strong problem-solving skills and technical savvy
      - Experience with root cause analysis and troubleshooting issues
      - Ability to communicate bugs clearly to relevant stakeholders
      - QA experience and knowledge of security and privacy best practices
      - Experience managing B2B relationships and project management
