      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Investigate, triage, and resolve Tier II tickets that flow into the help desk queue
      - Apply troubleshooting methods and document all actions taken
      - Assist clients with questions regarding technical product and configuration issues
      - Prepare detailed specifications for items requiring Tier III escalation and manage communication with clients
      - Collaborate with Product, IT, Client Success, and Account Management teams on problem analysis and submit recommendations for resolution

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or relevant work experience in a technical support field
      - Sharp troubleshooting and analytical abilities
      - Great verbal and written communication skills
      - Experience with SaaS (cloud-based) software deployments
      - Strong Excel skills and deep knowledge of Windows OS and Microsoft Office Suite

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Basic scripting and programming experience
      - Understanding of functional programming concepts
      - Ability to read and analyze application error logs
      - Knowledge of help desk ticketing and workflows
      - Ability to work independently
