      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Ensure project implementation and completion while gaining hands-on exposure to all aspects of the Sales Representative position
      - Lead, prioritize, and manage the workflow of product trials, conversions, and/or project implementations
      - Establish and maintain customer relationships through regular team meetings
      - Monitor project progress and communicate status updates to sales teams, product teams, and customers
      - Collaborate effectively with assigned accounts and internal partners

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of sales or customer service-related experience
      - Experience in developing presentations for various audience levels
      - Willingness to travel for business purposes, both in-state and out-of-state
      - Strong communication and relationship-building skills
      - Ability to manage expectations and align resources effectively

      - Previous experience in a medical supply or healthcare-related sales environment
      - Familiarity with project management tools or methodologies
      - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
      - Skills in data analysis and performance tracking
