What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide technical support and advice to customers experiencing equipment operating troubles
- Supply warranty and operating information for Genie products to customers
- Identify necessary parts and supplies to restore equipment to safe operational levels
- Communicate equipment issues and potential enhancements to internal teams
- Deliver training to customers on safe operation and maintenance of equipment

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to read technical documentation and visual schematics
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience in customer service or technical support
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge of engines and hands-on experience with Genie product line
- Familiarity with construction and/or automotive equipment
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- High energy and a great attitude towards work
