      Job Title: Production Associate

      Niagara Falls, NY

      Pay: $17-20/hr base pay, ($2.00 differential on 2nd shift)

      Job Description: Join our dynamic team as a Production Associate, where you'll play a crucial role in the manufacturing of thermal and heat exchange products. Your tasks will include stacking components, leak testing, painting, and assembling, all while ensuring the highest quality standards.

      Responsibilities:

      • Perform core assembly functions in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
      • Read and follow blueprints, worksheets, or other instructions to handle and assemble various components used to craft cores for heat exchangers.
      • Stack metal plates following blueprint specifications.
      • Conduct leak testing to identify any welding flaws, cracks, and/or leaks in heat transfer units.
      • Maintain and report inventory quantity count.
      • Inspect and record quality requirements of finished workpieces.
      • Keep the work area clean and organized at all times.
      • Comply with company policies and procedures.
      • Report any possible problems or areas of improvement.
      • Utilize small hand tools for assembly and cleaning.
      • Perform data entry and record data on computer and by hand.

      Essential Skills:

      • General labor and assembly experience.
      • Blueprint reading and schematic interpretation.
      • Experience with calipers and micrometers.
      • Ability to measure using digital and non-digital calipers.
      • Machine operation experience.
      • Proficiency with hand tools and power tools.

      Additional Skills & Qualifications:

      • Strong attention to detail.
      • Ability to perform tasks in a timely manner.
      • Ability to collect data and analyze reasons for product failures.
      • Able to lift 15-30 lbs.

      Our work environment is an industrial machine and fabrication shop where steel toe shoes are required. Safety and organization are our top priorities.

      Job Type & Location:

      This is a 6-month contract to Hire position based out of Niagara Falls, New York.

      Pay and Benefits

      The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $22.00/hr.
