Production Associate
Pay Rate: $23-$24/hr, paid weekly
Monday – Friday | 7:30 AM- 4:00 PM
Location: Richmond, VA

Our client is a leading provider in modular buildings which includes modular office spaces as well as classrooms. This is a career opportunity with a great company and competitive wages.
This position is a temp-to- permanent hire position directly with the company.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the manufacturing field.

Job Duties & Requirements

• Electrical knowledge - outlet, light switch connections as well as connecting load centers and working primarily with MC cable 12-2
• Door installation - hardware assembly, including levers, deadbolts, closers, panic bars etc..
• Window installation - including hanging, butyl installation, sealant (caulking)
• Use of tools to cut metal - Band saws, circular saws, grinders, reciprocating saws , and many more power tools.
• Assembly experience with quotas/goals to meet, start/stop time I.E. outlet assembly in 7 minutes, door assembly in 18 minutes etc..
