Job Description
- Req#: JR46264
- Perform accurate data entry and reporting of ingredients, raw material usage, and inventories into the ERP system to support usage and inventory integrity on a daily basis
- Support inventory control activities - frequency can include daily weekly, monthly, fiscal quarter-end and fiscal year-end.
- Review, analyze and resolve material inventory variances in the Enterprise Control Component (ECC) in support of receiving, mix/blend and filling operations.
- Investigate and communicate material usage inventory discrepancies with leadership team.
- Monitor system functionality, resolve transactions and data entry errors or incidents to prevent production delays.
- By production line, record daily production volume and product activity and validate OEE in support of both daily and weekly production plan
- Help to identify projects based on data collected from shift notes and downtime logs
- Assist production leadership in developing training materials, coaching, updating, implementing, and maintaining procedures
- Use a variety of data analysis and SAP tools to discover the most impactful insights
- Perform typical administrative duties: filing, faxing, scanning, emailing, report writing, and other clerical duties.
- Support internal/external audits.
- Perform good housekeeping within established housekeeping guidelines.
- Adhere to the Saputo code of ethics and actively apply the Saputo values.
- Work together professionally in a team environment with coworkers and other department personnel.
- Monitor deliverables and ensure timely completion of projects
- Other duties as required by management
- Have strong administrative experience.
- Are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and computer-based applications. Strong MS Excel skills required. SAP experience a plus.
- Have excellent verbal/written communication skills.
- Are able to adapt to changing organizational and operational needs; able to lead others through change.
- Are able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, in a fast paced environment.
- Have skills in organization and prioritization, and attention to detail.
- Are a strong team player and leader with the ability to work across multiple functions and disciplines.

- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- Ability to work in a manufacturing environment which includes but not limited to: noise, changing temperatures (hot, wet, cold, humid), standing/walking/bending/stooping/climbing stairs, and maneuvering around manufacturing equipment periodically
