      The Digital Media Production department is looking for a Production Coordinator to assist with video and photo productions.

      Essential Duties:

      -Assist video producers and photographers to develop, plan, organize, and oversee productions.
      -Receive and coordinate all Video Production & Photo Request Forms. Track and update projects lists and status of productions.
      -Coordinate schedules, locations, talent casting, and documentation including permits, release forms, and contracts.
      -Acquire all props and reserve all necessary equipment for shoots.
      -Use project management tool (Asana) to facilitate reporting and tracking of projects.
      -Organize and maintain video / photo library and database.
      -When needed assist on set with camera, teleprompter, audio, and grip.

      Education:

      Bachelor’s degree preferred in Marketing, Communications, Video Production, Journalism, or related field.

      Experience:

      1-3 years in project management or video production.

      Skills:

      Must be able to communicate effectively and clearly state goals and expectations, and then follow through on them. Good organizational skills and attention to detail are a must.
