Job Description
- Req#: REF4304D
- Update the Production board and dashboard daily
- Facilitate weekly Production Planning Meetings
- Coordinate with QA, Raw Materials and Production team and identify and address any inventory issues
- Check and request needed Pre-Production Samples for new styles
- Request cut works requirement/priorities as per style plan and months’ delivery
- Generate all Down usage per MPO through Sourcemap.
- Confirm Product Traceability and order Vendor Provided Items (thread, eyelets & washers)
- Check D365 daily to check the movement of Raw Materials and on-hand inventory
- Request missing items for all work areas (production line, bulk, packing)
- Check the receiving section to check for urgent Raw Material requests (RMR) and hand them over to needed parties (bundler, supervisor, packing)
- Collect all pick list (transfer order) from the receiving section
- Update Procurement on any issues related to down (shipment)
- Perform inventory reconciliation monthly
- 2 years of experience supporting a production department in an administrative capacity
- Degree in Industrial Engineering or Textile Manufacturing asset but not required
- Excellent MS Office skills
- ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) software experience as asset but not required
- Excellent written and verbal English skills (other languages an asset)
- Highly detail-oriented, organized and able to multi-task
- Ability to prioritize, multi-task, operate proactively, work as a team and handle challenges
- Excellent common sense, decision-making abilities, interpersonal and analytical skills
- Ability to evaluate options and generate solutions

Job Description
The Production Coordinator provides departmental administrative support to ensure timely report preparation, comprehensive record keeping and smooth flow of work within or between departments. This role is aligned with Raw Materials and Production Planning and requires very careful attention to detail accuracy and data integrity. Concise monitoring and advisement of status are considered essential.
