      Numotion’s retail division, SpinLife, is the market leader in online retail Durable Medical Equipment (DME) for the aging population as well as people living with disabilities. Serving approximately 80,000 customers annually, SpinLife provides a wide variety of DME categories including scooters, lifts, power and manual wheelchairs, and a growing number of exclusive products as well as other accessibility equipment. SpinLife manages a national network of service technicians to provide White Glove Delivery and In-Home Service, as well as distributes the largest national catalog in the DME space.

      JOB PURPOSE:
      The Production Designer is responsible for creating visually compelling and brand-aligned content that supports the company’s marketing, communications, and business objectives across web, digital, print, and social media platforms. This role also manages the end-to-end production process, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality digital and print assets while maintaining brand consistency. The Production Designer oversees project timelines, coordinates with cross-functional teams, and ensures all creative deliverables meet deadlines and strategic goals.
      This role requires strong project management skills to prioritize tasks, streamline workflows, and drive efficiency in content production, ultimately enhancing brand storytelling and market presence.

      The pay range for this position is $60,000-$90,000 Salary. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location

      KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
      • Executes and produces engaging visual content on-brand graphics, videos, and multimedia assets for digital and print platforms, including the website, social media, email campaigns, and print marketing materials including print catalog.
      • Plans and illustrates concept by designing rough layouts of art and copy regarding arrangement, size, type size and style, and related aesthetics. Maintains brand consistency across all visual assets by adhering to established brand guidelines and style preferences.
      • Manages end-to-end production timelines, approvals, and ensures the timely delivery of high-quality visuals while balancing multiple projects at once.
      • Manages the staging and uploading of content for the website, ensuring accuracy, brand consistency, and optimal user experience.
      • Optimizes visual content for various platforms adapting graphics for diverse formats, including web, mobile, social media, email, seasonal print catalog, and out-of-home mailers.
      • Oversees cataloging and implementation of creative sourced content from photo shoots, UGC, manufacturers, and creative agency to establish end-use content throughout the retail season.
      • Prioritize the consumer, mobility, social trends, and audiences to translate to insightful creative concepts.
      • Attend property events and activities to gather content (including occasional evening and weekend events)
      • Utilize Numotion Leadership Principles to perform job with integrity, compliance, and values consistent with Numotion’s mission.

      • Always provide excellent customer service for all internal and external customers of the operations. Provide solutions for customer concerns and continually focus on customer service as our top priority.

      REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE:
      • 2-3 years of experience (or equivalent) in marketing, digital design or UX/UI design.
      • Digital graphics production, use of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
      • Fluency in HTML/CSS and CMS required to update staging and the front-end of the website.
      • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines under pressure
      • Strong understanding of graphic application
      • Experience with front-end web development.
      • Experience with full Adobe Creative Suite, Klaviyo, Sales Force, and Bynder.
      • Proficiency with the MS Office Suite.
      PREFERRED COMPETENCIES AND QUALIFICATIONS:
      • Associate’s degree in digital media, graphic design, web design, communications, or related field.
      • Ability to concentrate and remain focused while handling multiple tasks, responsibilities, and projects; proactive, taking the initiative rather than waiting for outside motivation.
      • Experience in business setting designing and curating content for business owned channels for print and digital platforms.
      • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality work.
      • Understanding of analytics and reporting tools and web analysis measures.

      • Frequent use of hands, wrists, fingers associated with computer equipment.
      • Prolonged periods of time working at a desk and/or on a computer.

      • Will require up to 10% travel for events and photo shoots.
