Our Utilities team at the Freeport site is looking for a professional like you to join our world class manufacturing unit focused on daily operations including optimization, root cause failure analysis, and compliance.

As a Production Engineer, you create chemistry by...

• Providing technical and leadership support to meet production targets
  
• Troubleshooting and assist the Daily Production Execution team
  
• Identifying and support implementation of lean opportunities
  
• Supporting the Technology Group in implementing plant trials
  
• Monitoring and provide guidance for plant goals, objectives, and operational budgets
  
• Serving as Unit Contact for production and environmental reporting, permits, and agreements
  

If you...

• Have a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or an Associates Degree with 7+ years of experience
  
• Own a continuous improvement mindset
  
• Possess proven organizational skills
  
• Can work within a large diverse organization
  
• Are committed to a safe and efficient workplace
