What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Operate and support remote operations for Production, Midstream, Water, and GHG surveillance
- Communicate effectively using various methods including email, phone, and Zoom
- Maintain documentation and perform data entry tasks accurately
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with colleagues across departments
- Respond to emergency and non-emergency service requests and complaints

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office and documentation
- Onshore field operational experience is a must
- Strong verbal communication and listening skills
- Ability to multi-task and demonstrate dependability
- Capability to make decisions under stress and follow instructions clearly

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience as a communications dispatcher, Artificial Lift Technician, Lease Operator, or Midstream Operator
- Proven ability to capture field learnings and communicate them to management
- Experience in evaluating situations and establishing priorities
