3M is seeking Production Operators for the 3M New Ulm location.

Job Description:

The person hired for the position of the Production Operator will be responsible for a variety of general manual labor tasks. As a Production Operator, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world.

• Follow operating procedures and customer specifications to produce quality products which are delivered to customers.

• Implementing change and continuous improvement to drive growth and increase efficiency.

Required:

• Possess a High School Diploma/GED or higher
• Must be able to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as scheduled working 8 to 12 consecutive hours per day on a weekly fixed (i.e., 7am - 3pm, 3pm – 11pm or 11pm - 7am) or rotating shift (i.e., Midnights, Afternoons, Days or Days/Afternoons).

Desired:

• Ability to use and operate computers to run processes

Pay & Benefits:

• Competitive Salary - Starting pay between $23.00 to $25.91 an hour with a $1.50 more for shift differential if working an afternoon or midnight shift. (Overtime-pay for hours worked over 40 hours per week and double time on Sundays)
