      Kaiser Aluminum Fabricated Products, LLC. A leading global aluminum manufacturer is searching for Production Operators to join their team in Richland, WA. If you have production or manufacturing experience Kaiser Aluminum wants to hear from you!

      Responsibilities : Pack and inspect products along with operating a forklift. As your skills and experience grow you will have the opportunity to learn more responsibilities such as running a saw, 3150-ton press, and overhead crane.

      Work schedule : Rotating shifts working four (4) days a week, alternating between 6:00am - 4:30pm and 4:00pm - 2:30am every four (4) weeks. Occasional OT is required.

      • Starting rate at $22.99/hr., as you take tests to prove your skills you could earn up to $29.54/hr. within 2 years.

      Qualifications

      Requirements:

      • High school diploma or GED
      • One (1) year of manufacturing experience preferred
      • Ability to safely lift 40 pounds
      • Ability to use precision measuring tools including tape measure, micrometers, and calipers.
      • This position has been determined to be a safety-sensitive position and requires a pre-employment drug and alcohol screen that includes marijuana.
