      Job Title: Supply Chain Production Scheduler


      Job Description

      The Production Scheduler is responsible for coordinating supply chain activities, monitoring inventory across the warehouse network, ensuring timely delivery of goods, and production planning and processing of co-manufacturing/production lines.

      Responsibilities

      • Plan production materials across multiple locations and co-manufacturers.
      • Process orders for co-manufacturing and multiple warehouse locations.
      • Coordinate materials between warehouses and production facilities.
      • Review materials requirement planning for daily transfers.
      • Manage and create purchase orders for offsite warehouse locations.
      • Oversee freight management across multiple warehouses, considering delivery requirements, lead times, and allergen requirements.
      • Identify requirements for order fulfillment, safety stock, and new product introductions.
      • Ensure timely action on aged, slow-moving, and obsolete inventory items.
      • Optimize production planning, considering allergens, sanitization, and changeover impacts.
      • Communicate with Customer Care and update the OCR daily or more often as changes and updates occur.
      • Coordinate and manage the cycle count program within each warehouse.
      • Lead weekly scheduling reviews with production, maintenance, and quality groups.
      • Provide analysis and follow-up to ensure all plant service, inventory, and other KPIs are met or exceeded.
      • Serve as a backup for key roles within the supply chain.
      • Attend and participate in daily meetings.

      Essential Skills

      • 3+ years of production scheduling experience
      • Intermediate Excel user
      • ERP experience
      • Analytical skills
      • Adaptability
      • Problem-solving skills
      • Team-oriented

      Additional Skills & Qualifications

      • APICS Certified (Preferred)
      • Bachelor's degree (Preferred)
      • 3+ years of production scheduling experience in the Food/Beverage Industry (Preferred)
      • Advanced Excel user (Preferred)
      • ERP experience (Preferred)

      Work Environment

      Fully on-site, Monday to Friday from 7 AM to 4 PM.

      Pay and Benefits

      The pay range for this position is $70000.00 - $85000.00/yr.
