What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Utilize Adobe InDesign and Microsoft Word to layout technical archaeology and history reports according to established templates
- Ensure reports meet high standards for clarity, visual appeal, and overall excellence
- Collaborate with Production and Design teams to update existing templates
- Occasionally assist with graphic design work for exhibits in collaboration with the HW Exhibits design team
- Manage printing and binding of reports in-house and work with outside printers
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree
- High level of proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Microsoft Word
- Proficiency in other Adobe Creative Cloud applications, including Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Ability to manage concurrent projects with tight timelines
