Position: Production Associate (Contract-to-hire)

Pay Range:$18.00-$22.00 per hour (paid weekly)

• Shift premiums and wet room premiums offered on top of base pay.

Available Shifts:

• 1st Shift Hours:6:00am-2:30pm (Monday through Friday) -x 2 openings
• 2nd Shift Hours:2:00pm - 10:30pm (Monday through Friday) - x4 openings
• 3rd Shift Hours:10:00pm - 6:30am (Sunday through Thursday) - x6 openings

Job Description:

• Our client is seeking to add motivated individuals for the role of Production Specialist, with multiple openings across all three shifts and in two distinct areas: Dry Process and Wet Process.
  • Dry Process:Involves handling materials and equipment in a cleaner environment
• Wet Process: Involves working with chemicals and requires handling more complex and dirtier tasks

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow detailed instructions to ensure production standards are met.
• Maintain high-quality standards throughout the production process.
• Participate actively in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Adhere strictly to work schedules and perform quality inspections.

Qualifications:

• Possess basic computer skills (e.g. able to navigate Internet, enter data in Excel, compose and send email), required.
• Ability to read and follow instructions accurately in the English language, required.
• Demonstrates a very high attention to detail, required.
• Willingness to learn and help out where is needed, required.
• 6 months of production experience, preferred.
• Comfortable working with chemicals (only applicable for wet room openings), required.
