Overview Part of the manufacturing team, you are the driving force behind the creation of our kitchen and bath products. You will work hands-on with the products themselves, from the handling of raw materials to the shipping of a completed piece. You are responsible for ensuring that all products are properly assembled and manufactured to bring customers a consistently strong experience. Knowledge and attention to all safety protocols is an essential part of keeping our manufacturing operations safe and efficient. Responsibilities The Production Supervisor position is responsible for the successful operation of the Acrylics and/or Metals process from a safety, quality, schedule compliance and productivity perspective. Supervise/Manage hourly production employees – 50% Train hourly employees on safety, job responsibilities, quality, throughput, and productivity requirements (JSA/SOP expectations) – 20% Coordinate production changes and schedule compliance for responsible shift – 10% Shift paperwork - 5% Communicate with process mgr. and peers on production concerns, issues and effective post-shift pass down – 5% Participate/Lead Safety, Quality or Continuous Improvement teams – 5% Timekeeping/Attendance records – 5% Qualifications HS Diploma w/ 2 years of related supervisory experience required / Related College Degree preferred Engineering background with prior experience leading continuous improvement initiatives preferred Proven leadership experience in a manufacturing environment Excellent verbal and written communication skills Good Computer skills (i.e. Microsoft Word/Excel/PowerPoint, E-mail) Ability to read/understand product schematics and prints Experience in working in a “team” environment Strong planning/organization and time-management skills Lean and Six Sigma skills a plus Hiring Range The Hiring Salary Range for this position is $52,000- $73,000 annually. (Salary offer to be determined by the applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, location, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.)
