  Arla Foods are looking to recruit a Production Technician at our Aylesbury Dairy, which is one of our major milk production sites. As a Production Technician, you will contribute to the quality and technical operations of our milk production machinery, and enable the team to produce the highest quality milk products in a reliable and cost effective way

  Responsibilities

  • Work to high standards to achieve departmental targets in Quality, Efficiency, Waste and cost reduction
  • Actively contribute and seek continuous improvements to achieve departmental targets
  • Resolve minor breakdowns and carry out basic maintenance
  • Monitor equipment performance and correct / raise issues before they become problems
  • Maintain strict food hygiene and health and safety standards
  • Ensure full completion of daily targets
  • Contribute to the team reporting and decision making process
  • Maintain high standards of work ethics in respect to lateness and absences
  • Effectively run the Filling lines by using production systems such as LMS / SAP, and operating equipment such as Labeller and Fillers to produce a high quality product
  • Plan production effectively to optimise resources and output.
