What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Read customer and shipping orders submitted in various formats and decipher handwriting as needed
- Enter data into specific Microsoft Excel fields, ensuring accuracy and consistency across the system
- Verify data accuracy before entry and report any discrepancies to your supervisor
- Maintain accurate logs of ongoing work and perform administrative duties such as filing and copying
- Ensure that customer information is updated in all relevant areas of the system

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
- Strong reading comprehension and critical thinking skills
- Excellent organizational abilities and good communication skills
- Patience for repetitive work
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Reading knowledge of English and Spanish
- 1-2 years of experience with data entry and/or filing
- Demonstrated social perceptiveness and service orientation
