What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Read and interpret customer and shipping orders from various sources, including in-person submissions and online orders
- Accurately enter data into specific Microsoft Excel fields, ensuring consistency across the system
- Verify the accuracy of data before entry and report any errors to a supervisor
- Maintain accurate logs of ongoing work and perform administrative duties such as filing and copying
- Spend a majority of the day on data entry while also engaging in varied tasks to keep the work dynamic

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
- Strong reading comprehension and critical thinking skills
- Excellent organizational abilities and good communication skills
- Patience and focus for repetitive tasks
- Must be punctual and reliable for scheduled work shifts

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Reading knowledge of English and Spanish
- 1-2 years of experience in data entry and/or filing
- Social perceptiveness and service orientation
