What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Read and interpret customer and shipping orders, including deciphering difficult handwriting
- Enter data accurately into specific Microsoft Excel fields and other computer systems
- Verify the accuracy of data before entry and ensure consistency throughout the system
- Report data errors or anomalies to supervisors and maintain accurate work logs
- Perform filing, copying, and other administrative duties for approximately three hours daily

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
- Strong reading comprehension and critical thinking skills
- Excellent organizational abilities and good communication skills
- Patience for repetitive tasks
- Minimum of one to two years of experience with data entry and/or filing

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Reading knowledge of Spanish, as about 5 to 10 percent of orders are in Spanish
- Social perceptiveness and service orientation
