What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide targeted professional development and ongoing in-classroom support for teachers and leaders
- Analyze data and assist educators in applying it to instruction effectively
- Collaborate with district and site leaders to develop and revise professional development plans
- Support district-wide adoptions of the Ready Mathematics program and the i-Ready online diagnostic and instruction program
- Deliver tailored on-site support to educators, helping them with lesson planning and pacing

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience in teaching Mathematics
- 3+ years of experience coaching Mathematics teachers and providing professional development
- Ability to manage and evaluate program implementations effectively
- High comfort level with digital tools and data application in educational settings
- Willingness to travel up to 60% within designated territory

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Master's degree in Education and/or Mathematics
- Strong working knowledge of the Common Core State Standards for Mathematics, Grades K-8
- Experience leading professional development with school and district leaders
- Understanding of adult learning principles and their application in professional development
