What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Migrate customers from legacy remote access technologies to the employer's SASE platforms
- Identify, design, and implement solutions to improve performance, reliability, and security of deployments
- Build custom security policies and application signatures tailored to client needs
- Provide after-hours and weekend on-call support for maintenance activities
- Act as a key escalation point for complex technical and customer-facing issues, ensuring high client satisfaction

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of experience with remote user access technologies including IPSec VPN and SSL VPN
- Strong knowledge of tunneling protocols such as SSL/TLS and IPSec
- Proficiency in authentication methodologies including 2FA and RADIUS
- Experience with Next-Generation Firewall capabilities and deployment
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent education/training/experience

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience deploying and configuring SD-WAN technologies, preferably Prisma SD-WAN
- Familiarity with endpoint management solutions such as Microsoft Intune
- Scripting knowledge in PowerShell, Bash, or Python for task automation
- Understanding of browser management and features
- Experience with managing commercial browsers and competitor enterprise browsers
