- Sets, aligns and executes employee development strategy
- Translate s Business Needs into learning needs/requirements
- Stays current with industry best practices and can translate those to usage in organization
- Partner with Content/Instructional Design team to deliver, through the optimal channel, in-house or 3 rd party content
- Schedule and facilitate Instructor Led Training
- Ensure education and awareness is in place by partnering with the Thrive Program Manager, HRBPs and Internal Communications

Manage end-to-end employee development initiatives and programs with strong attention to strategy, implementation and delegation (program management).
Trains and coaches’ managers, supervisors and others involved in employee development efforts.
Partners and collaborates close ly with Professional Development (PD) consultants and HRBP for each Business Unit and aligns solutions to business priorities.
Aligns and links employee development to the leadership framework/d evelopment .
Partners with the Internal Communication s team to ensure employees have knowledge of learning and development events and resources.
Partner with Thrive program manager to drive Employee Development (Grow) education and engagement.
Ensures the skills strategy is integrated into the employee development framework focused on skill proficiency and skill enhancement.
Help identify high potential employee’s in the organization and work with the PD consultants and their leadership on an Individual Development Plan.
Conducts follow-up studies of all completed learning and development to evaluate and measure results.
Open to innovative and creative means and methodologies for engaging individual learners.
Exemplifies the desired culture and philosophies of the organization.
Works effectively as a team member with other areas of Talent Development and the organization.
Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong presentation skills.
Adept with a variety of multimedia learning platforms and methods.

A bility to design and implement effective learning and development.
Four-year college degree from an accredited institution in Human Resources, B usiness, or related field. OR f our additional years combined with experience years in a setting performing employee or talent development functions.
Demonstrated a bility to clearly express ideas, methodology, results and recommendations verbally, in writing and through insightful reports and graphic illustrations
Demonstrated a bility to document outcomes and present information in a manner appropriate for key stakeholders and all levels of the organization.
A significant level of trust and diplomacy is required, in addition to normal courtesy and tact. Work involves extensive personal contact with others and is usually of a personal or sensitive nature.
Work may involve motivating or influencing others. Outside contacts become important and fostering sound relationships with other entities (companies and/or individuals) becomes necessary and often requires the ability to influence and/or sell ideas or services to others.
Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively in a fast- paced environment .

Job Summary
The Professional/Employee Development Manager is responsible for initiatives (idea creation to completion) to build capability and strengthen skills to improve the performance and productivity of the organization's employees and ensures the professional development program supports the vision and objectives of the organization. This position researches & facilitates employee/leadership development needs and opportunities to drive learning and development initiatives and identifies and arranges suitable solutions for employees. This position actively searches, creatively designs and implements effective methods to develop employees, measure the desired outcomes and continuously improve.Job Description

SCHEDULE
*This is a hybrid position with the expectation of at least 2 days a week in office- days vary depending on facilitation schedule

Experience
Five or more years’ experience in related field including three years of experience in a leadership or program management role.
