- Ensure survivor-informed and involved programming, initiatives, policy and response
- Plan, conduct and document activity of four quarterly meetings of DATA annually
- Plan, conduct and document activity of each of DATA’s committee meetings
- Supervise and direct committee work, special projects, and activities
- Collaborate and innovate around anti-trafficking response with committee chairs
- Based on community and internal need, provide training on a wide variety of human trafficking related topics
- Continue to develop and nurture relationships with member agencies and stakeholders
- Identify new organizations, agencies or stakeholders to become part of DATA or its committees
- Initiate strategic planning process to determine future direction of DATA
- Organize cross-trainings for meetings and special events
- Develop DATA marketing materials, mailing lists, presentations, website, etc.
- Develop and disseminate important internal documents and protocols
- In concert with key stakeholders, review and evaluate membership processes
- Review and interpret current trends in the field by staying abreast of policy, promising practices, and research for application in Denver
- Research funding opportunities and write collaborative grant applications
- Prepare grant reports and financials for ongoing funding
- Represent DATA at statewide meetings
- Assist with the management all financial matters associated with the VALE and Unclaimed Restitution funds
- Assist VALE Board with grant applications and grantee monitoring for all fiscal and programmatic matters
- Assistance with all VALE Board meetings, including preparing agendas and providing fiscal tracking updates
- Prepare annual VALE report for the Division of Criminal Justice (DCJ) and prepare documents for DCJ monitoring visits
- Five (5) or more years of work experience utilizing the skills or commensurate, listed for this position.
- Experience working in human trafficking or related fields, such as domestic violence, sexual violence, child abuse, trauma, etc.
- Awareness of the Victim Assistance and Law Enforcement (VALE) Program.
- Proven success in fostering collaboration among diverse actors including law enforcement, victim advocates, community agencies, social service providers, and government agencies
- Experience working with victims/survivors
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ease forming and maintaining rapport with diverse agencies and individuals
- Proven success in developing and implementing interdisciplinary initiatives and programming
- Experience providing in-depth training and speaking publicly about complex issues
- Experience with grant writing and reporting
- Ability to think strategically to develop and implement both short-term and long-term goals
- Detail-oriented, strong organizational skills, excellent writing skills, and strong research skills
- Demonstrated commitment to innovation and creative problem-solving
- Proficiency in website development and organizational marketing
- General flexibility and ease of movement between multiple projects and priorities
- Ability to work well under pressure, and maintain composure during stressful situations
- Demonstrated negotiation skills in navigating complex and high-stakes issues
- Education requirement: Bachelor's Degree in Public Administration, Management, Sociology, Psychology, Political Science, or a related field.
- Experience Requirement: Three (3) years of professional or technical level experience planning the administrative aspects of a program(s) or training program participants and/or volunteers. (Some positions may require experience in a specific program area.)
- Education/Experience Equivalency: One (1) year of the appropriate type and level of experience may be substituted for each required year of post-high school education. Additional appropriate education may be substituted for the minimum experience requirements.

This position reports on site at the Republic Plaza building located at 370 17th St, Denver, CO 80202, Monday through Friday 8:00AM - 5:00PM.
What You’ll Do
The Denver District Attorney's Office is seeking a Program Administrator to join the team. The DATA (Denver Anti-Trafficking Alliance) Program Administrator coordinates the Denver-based collaborative effort to combat all forms of human trafficking by engaging cross-disciplinary stakeholders in the task force. The administrator develops and actively implements anti-trafficking initiatives by supporting member agencies with the goal of improving the response to and awareness of human trafficking in the city and county of Denver. The administrator will utilize the “4P’s” model of combatting all forms of trafficking to serve all victim/survivor populations, as appropriate: Prevention, Protection, Prosecution, and Partnership.This position also serves as the Victim Assistance and Law Enforcement (VALE) Co-Administrator and is responsible for managing the collection, distribution, and administration of more than one million dollars annually.
