      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Collect and analyze data to evaluate operations and processes within the organization
      - Follow established methodologies to assess the effectiveness of current activities and develop strategic solutions
      - Coordinate programs aligned with the organization's mission and goals
      - Conduct monitoring visits and interviews with sponsors and refugees, followed by debriefings
      - Draft written summaries and reports of activities from monitoring trips

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree required
      - 4-7 years of experience in resettlement, program management, or monitoring and evaluation in a similar field
      - Strong ability to prepare business and technical documents for internal and external use
      - Familiarity with U.S. refugee resettlement policies and programs
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with the Welcome Corps program requirements
      - Proven track record in stakeholder engagement and interviewing
      - Previous work in a military-friendly environment or with veterans
