      Job Summary

      Aptive is seeking a full-time Junior Program Analyst to provide support to the U.S.
      Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Veterans Health Administration (VHA) Office of
      Integrated Veteran Care (IVC).

      VHA is America's largest integrated health care system, providing care at 1,293 health
      care facilities, including 171 medical centers and 1,112 outpatient sites of care of
      varying complexity, serving 9 million enrolled Veterans each year.

      IVC is responsible for coordinating and delivering comprehensive care to veterans, integrating VA services
      with community care services to ensure seamless, patient-centered healthcare.

      IVC focuses on optimizing access, improving care delivery, and fostering collaboration
      between VA facilities, third-party administrators, and other stakeholders to enhance the
      quality, efficiency, and accessibility of healthcare for veterans.

      This is a contingent requisition. The expected start time would be Spring 2025.

      Primary Responsibilities

      The Junior Program Analyst specializes in developing and implementing entry to mid-
      level strategies to optimize the operations of different programs within an organization.

      Working with a Senior Program Analyst, primary responsibilities for this position are:
      • Support project management activities including coordinating multiple tasks and
      project teams, distributing project communications, and participating in various
      meetings and events
      • Support initiatives providing various services, including program and project
      management related support, communication support, program analysis,
      knowledge organization, change management, data pulls and analysis,
      implementation planning, and business process reengineering
      • Facilitate project meetings and conference calls by handling scheduling,
      invitations, agenda development, and minute-taking
      • Assist in developing executive-level briefings and presentations
      • Create reports, metrics and tracking mechanisms and provide analysis to
      relevant
      stakeholders
      • Coordinate and consolidate status report information on a weekly and monthly
      timeframe

      Minimum Qualifications
      • 3 years of program analysis or consultant experience
      • Bachelor's degree
      • Experience supporting large, complex federal agencies; ideally VA or DoD
      • Ability to interact and engage with Executive-level stakeholders
      • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint
      • Ability to obtain and maintain a public trust clearance
      • U.S. citizen/Legal authorization to work in the U.S.

      • Strong critical thinking and analytical skills
      • Proven ability to organize, prioritize, and work well with others
      • Ability to communicate thoughts, ideas, and solutions logically both written and
      orally
      • Ability to get up to speed quickly on complex issues; desire to work in a fast-
      paced, rapidly evolving environment
      • Capable self-starter with a drive to get all types of work done and high attention
      to detail
      • Ability to interact and engage with Executive-level stakeholders
      • Experience with VHA Central Office
