What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support project management activities, including coordinating tasks and project teams
- Facilitate project meetings and conference calls, handling scheduling and minute-taking
- Assist in developing executive-level briefings and presentations
- Create reports, metrics, and tracking mechanisms, providing analysis to stakeholders
- Coordinate and consolidate status report information on a weekly and monthly basis

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years of program analysis or consultant experience
- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience supporting large, complex federal agencies, preferably VA or DoD
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
- Ability to obtain and maintain a public trust clearance
