What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist with technical aspects of the Technical Evaluation Committees' review process and coordinate with the Office of Acquisition and Assistance (OAA)
- Analyze hybrid listening sessions and engage with key stakeholders to guide program design
- Provide programmatic support for co-creation events and liaise with candidates and selected bidders
- Support mission-wide design efforts and perform administrative duties as assigned
- Complete all technical documentation related to the Request for Application (RFA)

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Social Sciences, International Development, or a related discipline with three years of experience, or a Master's degree with one year of experience
- Demonstrated experience in program design, monitoring, evaluation, and implementation of U.S. Government-funded activities
- Excellent writing skills and ability to meet deadlines in a collaborative process
- Outstanding organizational and planning abilities
- Ability to obtain facility access or Secret Clearance
